DR AND ENGINEER BOTH AT A TIME

Just if you want Dr. in your name you can go for PhD. after Engineering.

But if you want to Practice, in India after gaining graduation degree in medical, veterinary, dental background u can go for M.Tech in biomedical Engineering, Bioenergy etc.

After that u can work as a Dr. also and as an Engineer also. U can do both practice at the same time.

As far as i know, in India an Engineer can become a Dr. and vice versa also possible but considering practice of both medical & Engineering Profession at the same time what i know is possible for medical graduates only. Rest is out of my Knowledge.
